Molded Cranberry Salad

2 cups cranberries
1 orange
1 cup white sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup peeled and chopped red apple
1 can crushed pineapple drained but reserve 1 cup juice
1 3oz. package raspberry jello
1 cup hot water

Grind cranberries and cut-up orange (peel and all) in food processor.
Mix with sugar and walnuts.  Mix jello with hot water.  Mix all together
and add crushed pineapple and about 3/4 cups pineapple juice.
Spray mold with Pam.  Pour jello mixture into mold, cover with Glad Wrap
and let sit in fridge.  You can make this 2-3 days ahead.

To invert on plate, mold sit in bath of warm water for a few minutes.  Place platter
on top then flip over.  Mold should fall out onto plate.
